US Domestic Shipping

Free standard shipping offered within the US for orders over $150. Priority shipping is a paid option available at check out.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or customs fees. The buyer will be held responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees required. Pickleball Kode is not responsible for any country restriction, duty tax, or any other fees collected.

Tracking

Upon shipment, tracking information will be provided via email.

Shipping Delays

We strive for timely deliveries, but external factors such as weather conditions, natural disasters, and shipping challenges can lead to delays. Your understanding in such cases is greatly appreciated.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy from the date that you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. To start a return, contact us at support@pickleballkode.com with your name and order number in the subject. There will be a restocking fee of 20% if the returned item is not in original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred on returns or exchanges. Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. If approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Warranty

Our products are backed by a 6 month limited manufacture warranty from the date of delivery.

If you encounter any issues with your paddle that are determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a brand-new replacement paddle at no additional cost to you. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required (bank & credit card statements can be used).

Our warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damages resulting from improper use
  • Normal wear and tear, negligence, misuse, or accidents
  • Paddles that have been stolen or lost
  • Faded graphics, worn grip tape, regular wear and tear that occurs during the normal course of play
  • Any modifications made to the paddle after purchase
  • Rattling that does not impact performance
  • Paddles won as prizes or giveaways
  • Paddles sold as demos or second grade blemished paddles
  • Paddles purchased secondhand

We reserve the right to inspect all products for defects. We will independently determine whether to accept warranty claims.

For warranty claims, please email support@pickleballkode.com with Warranty Order # in the subject line, a description of your issue and any supporting evidence including photos and videos.

No, our paddles come in a standard weight of 8.1 oz (230 g).

Does Pickleball Kode offer different handle sizes?

No, our paddles come in a standard circumference of 4.25 in (10.8 cm).
